An Honest Way to Rate Women Without Deluding Yourself
Over the years, I have developed my own scale to rate the girls I interact with. I have always been dissatisfied with how vague of the proverbial HB scale is. If you’ve been doing this for a some time, you’re bound to realize that my 8 might be your 10, and vice versa. At some point, you have to accept that the scale is purely subjective. The next best thing to do is to make the decision-making as systematic as possible, so that people understand you better the next time you’re bragging about the 9 you had a lay with on your last Euro jaunt.
I’ve came up with a mini psych-style questionnaire to help with that. I use a version of this regularly whenever I ask myself how good a lay was, to keep a more or less consistent view of my success. Bear in mind that I don’t encourage using it extensively for every interaction, but it’s a useful tool to understand where you stand with your skill level.
The Attractiveness Test
Instructions
Go through the questions honestly and pick what fits best. Add up the points at the end → that’s your attractiveness score for the girl.
Physical reaction
When you’re with her, what’s your physical reaction like?
- I might have an erection problem → 0 pts
- No issues at all → 2 pts
In public
Think about being out with her walking around, sitting somewhere, etc.
- I wouldn’t want to be seen with her → 1 pt
- It’s OK to be seen with her in public, nothing special → 2 pts
- I’d actually feel good and proud being seen with her → 3 pts
Emotional reaction
- I could take it or leave it (resistible) → 1 pt
- I like her, but it’s not that deep → 2 pts
- There’s a strong pull and I'm more inclined to think long-term (hard to resist) → 3 pts
- I start thinking long-term, like “this could be serious” → 4 pts
Total Score
Add everything together:

| 4 | 6 | This is acceptable, especially if she ticks a few boxes you actually care about. That could be something like a new flag, a shared interest, or whatever excuse you come up with to justify it. |
| 5 | 7 | This is the bread and butter of every daygamer. I personally pad my numbers with these. Usually low-hassle lays with solid quality time. If you're a seasoned daygamer but still find yourself doing too many of these, ask yourself if you're just going for easy wins and failing to break your current ceiling. |
| 6-7 | 8 | These are high-quality girls. Pretty and smart. They would make perfect wives. I find them to be in the sweet spot between hot and not crazy. If you're consistently getting laid with girls of this caliber, give yourself a pat on the shoulder. You’re doing it right! |
| 8 | 9 | Hotter than an 8, but it's a double-edged sword. I find them sometimes hard to accommodate. A lot of girls in this category tend to be deluded and have huge egos because of how hot they are and the constant attention they get from clueless men. Sweet girls in this category do exist though. If you find one of these, congratulations! You’ve reached the summit. |
